Sustainability Energy Services (SES) is seeking an Assistant Energy & Sustainability Consultant to join our dynamic team in the South East. You will gain hands-on experience across residential energy compliance, thermal modeling, and sustainability strategies while receiving structured training to support your career progression.

In this role you will work with experienced consultants, supporting SAP assessments, EPC generation, Part L/O compliance, and fieldwork with SBEM/ TM59 for commercial

Qualifications

• OCDEA qualification or equivalent in energy assessment
• GCSE grade C/4+ in Maths and English
• Proven track record conducting SAP assessments for new builds/refurbishments
• Experience with non-domestic SBEM modeling (Level 3/4)
• Familiarity with RdSAP for existing dwellings
• Knowledge of thermal bridging calculations and condensation risk assessments
• Understanding of local planning policies and Building Regulations Part L/O

Responsibilities

• Energy & Compliance Modeling: SAP, HEM, EPCs
• Thermal & Overheating Analysis: TM59 dynamic simulations
• Sustainability Strategy: draft Energy Statements for development projects
• Consultancy & Fieldwork Support: shadow senior consultants on dynamic modeling and SBEM assessments
• Business Development & Team Support: assist with marketing and Weston Group initiatives
