Job summary

isepglobal is seeking an Assistant Energy & Sustainability Consultant - SAP Assessments to deliver SAP calculations for residential developments and refurbishment projects. You will work with senior consultants, producing EPCs, U-value calculations and contributing to energy statements.

The role offers extensive training, exposure to overheating assessments, RdSAP and SBEM modelling, and career development within a collaborative energy consultancy across the South East.

Qualifications

• OCDEA qualification and SAP assessments experience.
• Ability to perform U-value calculations for compliant designs.
• Strong knowledge of Part L and Part O residential energy regulations.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Carry out SAP assessments for new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Produce SAP calculations and EPCs.
• Complete U-value calculations to support energy-efficient designs.
• Assist with overheating assessments (Part O).
• Support TM59 dynamic thermal modelling per CIBSE guidance.
• Prepare Energy Statements for planning applications and developments.
• Assist with RdSAP assessments for existing dwellings and SBEM modelling levels 3/4.
