Job summary

Anderson Green Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Energy and Sustainability Consultant to join our team. The role focuses on energy modelling, thermal performance assessment, and sustainability consulting within the built environment.

You will work with Building Services Designers, Revit Technicians, Building Physicists, and Document Controllers on projects across sectors, delivering sustainability services and energy strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline with clear sector focus.
• Experience delivering energy assessments and sustainability consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Part L, and energy standards.
• Experience with energy modelling and sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare energy and sustainability reports with tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and stakeholders to embed energy-efficient design.
• Lead client and design team workshops, communicating technical information clearly.
• Develop and deliver energy strategies from early design through completion.
• Support environmental assessments such as BREEAM, WELL, and others.
• Prepare fee proposals and assist with budgets and invoicing.
• Champion net zero and whole life carbon across projects.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
