RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to lead civils and M&E packages across energy and substation projects in the UK. You will manage groundworks, ducting, foundations and associated civil works, while coordinating mechanical/electrical installs with specialist teams.

You will ensure RAMS, permits, health and safety standards are met, liaising with project managers, engineers and clients. A strong leader with site records discipline is essential.

Qualificações

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are essential.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills required.
• Experience managing civils and M&E packages in energy/substation sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and subcontractors safely.
• Knowledge of RAMS, permits, health and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day civils and M&E package delivery on energy/substation projects.
• Oversee groundworks, drainage, foundations and civil works.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical installation activities and subcontractors.
• Plan labour, plant and materials to align with programmes.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits, safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, clients and site teams.
• Track progress, identify issues and keep works on programme.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
