Qualifications

• Experience in settlements, operations, back office or trade support.
• Experience in energy trading or commodity markets.
• Experience invoicing, settlements or payments processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing the settlement and invoicing of physical and financial energy trading transactions.
• Creating, validating and processing invoices within contractual deadlines.
• Monitoring and processing payments, ensuring timely receipt and settlement of funds.
• Managing settlement queries and resolving operational issues with stakeholders.
• Processing netting statements and supporting cash forecasting activities.
• Ensuring accurate use of trading and settlement systems.
• Supporting continuous improvement of settlement processes and automation initiatives.
• Building relationships across Trading, Operations, Finance, Treasury and counterparties.
