Job summary

Marlin Selection is seeking a detail-oriented settlements specialist to handle commodity invoicing, payments and data within our ETRM system. You will investigate discrepancies, manage FX activity and support system improvements in a fast-paced trading environment.

The role requires 2+ years in commodity settlements, experience with LNG/natural gas and familiarity with ETRM tools such as EOS, Endur or Allegro, plus strong Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in commodity settlements.
• Experience within LNG, natural gas, power or wider commodity trading.
• Experience using an ETRM system such as EOS, Endur, Allegro or similar.
• Strong Excel skills with attention to detail and analysis.
• Strong communication skills for a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, validating and issuing commodity sales and purchase invoices in line with contracts.
• Managing payments, FX settlements, margin calls, collateral and aged receivables.
• Investigating and resolving settlement breaks, invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintaining accurate counterparty, settlement and banking data within the ETRM system.
• Supporting ETRM enhancements, UAT, process automation and improvement initiatives.
