Alfa Laval UK & Ireland is seeking a Service Sales Manager within our Energy Division to lead the service business and drive profitable growth across the region. You will shape the area strategy, manage the sales team, and focus on converting leads into opportunities and quotes in line with the UK&I plan.

Responsabilités

• Define business strategy and plan for assigned area per UK&I Service and Energy.
• Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities.
• Lead and coach the sales team to secure leads, opportunities and quotes.
• Drive channel sales in line with the Energy strategy.
• Forecast, budget and monitor progress against targets.
• Promote use of CRM and installed-base tools; collaborate with Sales Operations.
