Job summary

Alfa Laval UK&I is seeking a Service Sales Manager to lead and grow the energy service business across the UK & Ireland, driving profitable growth through disciplined lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-quote processes.

You will manage the sales team, align with Service Operations, and implement the UK&I Service and Energy strategies to strengthen Alfa Laval as a market leader and trusted partner.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leader with ability to translate market data into growth plans.
• Experience promoting products and services through digital platforms.
• Ability to align with digital strategies within Alfa Laval UK.

Responsibilities

• Define business strategy and plan for assigned area per Division Strategy and UK&I Service Strategy.
• Lead the sales team and ensure alignment with plan and sales process.
• Drive sales via channels and develop profitable growth opportunities.
• Forecasts, sales, and budgeting with proactive performance reviews.
• Promote use of Alfa Laval sales tools and colloboration with Service Ops.
