A leading university is seeking a Skills Manager for the Energy Research Accelerator. The Research and Innovation Office at Loughborough University is seeking a Skills Manager to support the regional ERA Skills programme. The role involves leading the development and delivery of high-impact, cross-institutional skills programmes as part of the Energy Research Accelerator (ERA) initiative.
ERA is a flagship Midlands Innovation collaboration involving nine academic institutions and the British Geological Survey. Its mission is to transform energy innovation across the region. Skills development is a central pillar of this mission, and the ERA Skills Manager will lead efforts to cultivate the next generation of energy researchers and innovators.
