Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking an Associate to join its Energy Projects team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role focuses on energy projects, particularly power projects, with opportunities to expand into energy and infrastructure sectors and provide regulatory advice.

The candidate should have at least 4 years PQE and a strong legal/academic background, with experience in project, corporate, finance or regulatory energy work preferred. Fluency in another language is advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years PQE in energy sector
• Strong legal and academic background with project, corporate, finance or regulatory experience in energy
• Fluency in a second language would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Support Partners and other associates, supervising where appropriate and work autonomously on certain matters
• Contribute to the team’s business development and proactively engaging with clients in social settings
• Be responsible for managing and supervising more junior members of the team
• Prepare and deliver training, both internally and for clients, as part of your development
