Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking an Associate to join its Energy Projects team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role focuses on energy projects, particularly power projects, with opportunities to expand into energy and infrastructure sectors and provide regulatory advice.

The candidate should have at least 4 years PQE and a strong legal/academic background, with experience in project, corporate, finance or regulatory energy work preferred. Fluency in another language is advantageous.

• Be responsible for managing and supervising more junior members of the team
• Prepare and deliver training, both internally and for clients, as part of your development

Job description

This highly regarded law firm is currently recruiting an Associate to join its Energy Projects Team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The main focus of the role will be energy projects, in particular power projects however you will also expand your experience by assisting the energy and infrastructure sectors where required and providing regulatory advice.

Your responsibilities will include:

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years PQE , however consideration will be given to more junior or senior candidates. You have a strong legal and academic background, with project, corporate, finance or regulatory experience in the energy sector being desirable. Fluency in a second language would be an advantage.
