Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd is assisting a growing energy sector organisation in recruiting a Portfolio & Programme Operator to support delivery, optimisation and growth of a diverse portfolio of energy assets.

Based in the North West, the role offers hybrid working with 3 days onsite and opportunities to influence performance, compliance and customer outcomes across a nationally significant portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks, issues and opportunities for optimisation.
• Support the operational delivery of energy programmes and flexibility services.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, contractual obligations and market requirements.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new customers, assets and delivery partners.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support reporting, governance and performance management activities.
• Work closely with technical and commercial teams to improve operational processes.
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into service enhancements.
• Contribute to the development of new products, services and operational capabilities.
• Support engagement with market participants, regulators and industry organisations.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, scalability and customer satisfaction.
