We’re looking for an experienced analyst to join our Commercial Energy team. This role involves being a key player in delivering a substantial and growing energy P&L, focusing on our revamped business energy portfolio. You\'ll work with colleagues to determine risk and commercial strategy and providing key input into the management of major supplier relationships.
With a depth of experience in the energy world, strong modelling skills and a great understanding of the drivers of the P&L, you will be perfectly positioned to deliver our modelling and analysis activities across the business energy portfolio and customer behaviour, provide actionable insight and work with colleagues in other P&L streams to hit targets. Your commercial and modelling expertise will support the team in highlighting commercial risks via sensitivity and scenario analysis. And your vision and drive will ensure that UW’s energy portfolio is fit for the future.

Our UW proposition is based on offering sustainable value to customers in a multi-service bundle, and as a result we are growing at pace. The Energy team at UW is accountable for driving the optimisation of our energy P&L, ensuring our customers get the most from their energy provision. The team look to ensure existing customers have the best deals whilst future-proofing our energy supply and contracts. It\'s a team of absolute experts who thrive on cutting through the complexity to get to the heart of the commercial drivers of our success.
You'll report into the Head of Commercial Optimisation and work in a small team with high impact.
