Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its Reading-based team for a 12-month, full-time contract. The role focuses on business development, economic modelling, and commercial analysis within the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors.

You will support project planning through FEED, EPC and construction phases and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and strong skills in IRR, NPV and

Qualifications

Strong economic analysis skills (IRR, NPV, payback) and ability to model scenarios.
Experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams across technical, commercial, finance and legal.
Proven ability to develop business cases and support investment decisions.
Comfort with RFIs/RFPs/NDAs and complex commercial proposals.

Responsibilities

Develop business opportunities and support strategic growth initiatives.
Perform economic modelling and commercial analysis to inform investment decisions.
Coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, commercial, finance, legal, supply chain and operations.
Assist planning activities through FEED, EPC and construction phases and support project governance.
