Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment seeks a Business Development Specialist in Leatherhead, UK. The role focuses on identifying strategic growth opportunities across refining and petrochemical value chains, combining market insight and economic analysis to prepare decision-ready business cases.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams during FEED, EPC and construction phases, develop commercial terms, manage economic models, and support investment decisions to maximize project value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline is required.
• 10–15 years of oil and gas, refinery and petrochemical project experience.
• Good knowledge of relevant standards and international standards.
• Good knowledge of English (written and verbal).
• Good knowledge of database management through Excel/Access.

Responsibilities

• Support identification and advancement of strategic growth opportunities across refining and petrochemical value chains.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop decision-ready business cases and recommendations.
• Lead planning and coordination during FEED, EPC, and Construction phases to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure project scope, quality, and compliance throughout the life cycle.
• Develop operating cost and fixed cost basis for economic modeling.
