Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting Professionals within our Natural Resources team to support our expanding New Energy & Natural Resources segment and iconic client commissions.

A successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in cost and commercial management across energy or infrastructure projects, NEC3/4 or FIDIC, and the ability to drive contracts, forecasts and value engineering within governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience.
• Cost / commercial management on Energy or Infrastructure projects.
• Experience of working on major programmes or project portfolios.
• Professional Chartership (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance and quality, providing client‑focused outputs.
• Plan and execute work effectively, identifying opportunities to add value.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients, building strong working relationships.
• Communicate clearly and constructively, supporting productive ways of working.
• Administer and manage contracts with cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management and cashflow control.
• Work with client and contractor teams to deliver KPIs, programme performance and cost control.
• Provide commercial leadership and timely final accounts guidance.
• Capture lessons learned and support knowledge management improvements.
