Job summary

Axle Energy is building the core analytics for a growing energy platform in the UK, focusing on the heart of the business in the control room. You will own daily operations, optimize trading and settlements, and work cross-functionally to drive revenue and delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python skills for analysing data, investigating issues and automating processes.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable speaking MW, kWh and £ daily.

Responsibilities

• Own operations for UK energy trading, including daily trading processes and settlements.
• Debug complex edge cases across trading, asset registration and settlement processes.
• Identify risks to revenue and delivery and proactively mitigate them.
• Communicate insights clearly to engineering and commercial teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with DSOs and UK market regulators.
