A leading healthcare organization is seeking a qualified professional to join their Estates & Facilities team. The role focuses on energy efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The candidate will manage utility budgets and support the organization's commitment to reducing carbon emissions. They will work closely with various teams to ensure best practices in energy management and sustainability are achieved.
The suitably experienced and qualified professional will work as part of a multi-disciplinary Estates & Facilities team across the GOSH estate. The role involves working closely with teams within the Space & Place directorate, including Estate, Facilities, and Capital Projects, with a focus on carbon emission reduction, innovation, and energy efficiency.
This role covers a broad range of energy and sustainability areas, ensuring the organisation achieves best practice and value for money. The candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), supporting the formulation and delivery of objectives for the directorate and the wider trust.
