Whitbread is seeking an Energy Manager to lead our energy management strategy across the UK estate. You will identify and trial emerging technologies, manage energy budgets and supplier relationships, and partner with Operations, Property and Finance to optimise energy performance.

The role focuses on delivering cost savings, reducing emissions and supporting our net zero commitments through high-value projects and robust standards for mechanical and electrical services.

Competenze

• Experience in energy management, utilities management or property-related environments.
• Experience working within a large multi-site organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance sustainability objectives with financial returns.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Mansioni

• Identifying, trialling and evaluating emerging technologies to create a pipeline of future energy and carbon savings opportunities for our Hotels.
