Sword Group in Aberdeen is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive integration work across assets and ensure a smooth transition of services, processes, systems and capabilities. The successful candidate will work across business and technology teams, engaging with multiple stakeholders to drive requirements gathering, impact assessments, process mapping, and transition planning.

Qualifications

• Senior BA with experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Background supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestments or business integration.
• Expertise in service transition and operational readiness.

Responsabilités

• Drive requirements gathering, gap analysis and impact assessments.
• Map current and future business processes and transition plans.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers and managed service providers.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across business and technical streams.
• Support Day 1/Day 2 readiness activities where applicable.
