Job summary

Circet Energy is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to develop, strengthen and manage the UK energy supply chain from Slough or East Kilbride. You will identify gaps, onboard suppliers and build strategic partnerships, ensuring safety, quality and compliance across all activities.

Working with Circet Group, you will consolidate spend, benchmark prices and support bids with robust supply chain strategies, enabling growth and increased self-delivery over time.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UK construction & energy supply chains.
• Experience sourcing, onboarding & managing subcontractors.
• Proven commercial awareness with ability to negotiate pricing.
• Experience in management contracting or subcontract-led delivery.
• Comfortable operating in fast-growth environments and dynamic project ramps.
• Exposure to EV charging infrastructure & LV/HV electrical works.

Responsibilities

• Map and assess Circet UK's supply chain for Energy relevance.
• Develop understanding of UK energy supply chain from EV to distribution projects.
• Identify gaps, source new suppliers, and build a qualified subcontractor pipeline.
• Consolidate spend and improve terms through Circet Group purchasing power.
• Support tendering with supply chain intelligence, capacity & delivery strategies.
• Drive supplier performance management for safety, quality and productivity.
