Job summary

Arup is seeking a Project Manager to join our Energy, Water & Resources Advisory team in Manchester or Liverpool. You will lead cross-disciplinary teams to plan and deliver complex infrastructure programmes across the North West, aligning scope, cost and schedule with clients and stakeholders.

You’ll manage governance, risk and change, contribute to financial forecasting and reporting, and support digital delivery and data-driven decision-making while upholding Arup’s quality, safety and

Qualifications

• Relevant project management experience in energy, water or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of project controls, governance, risk and change management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
• APM PMQ or equivalent qualification, or working towards one.
• Membership of APM or another professional organisation.
• Progress towards ChPP or equivalent accreditation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, programme, risk, change and reporting throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and support stakeholder engagement, project assurance and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to financial management, forecasting and reporting, working with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Support digital delivery, data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement while upholding standards.
