Job summary

Enable Infrastructure is seeking an Estimator to join the pre-construction and commercial team. The role focuses on pricing tenders for energy connections and broader infrastructure projects, including highways, rail, and civil works.

The ideal candidate will have experience in take-off measurements, BoQ pricing, and be proficient with estimating software and Excel. Degree in construction management or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven estimating experience on infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience in take-off measurements, BoQ and pricing.
• Familiar with tender bid preparation and pricing controls.
• Proficient with Excel and estimating software.
• Degree in construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for tenders and bids.
• Interpret client tender requirements from PQQ and ITT docs.
• Take-off and review BoQs from client info.
• Prepare estimates promptly according to procedures.
• Collate information including risk and assumptions registers.
• Collaborate with Bid Manager, QS and planner on methodology.
• Work with BD on strategic PQQs and ITTs.
• Assist procurement and prepare adjudication packs.
• Present basis of estimate and key assumptions.
• Maintain notes of adjudication and handover meetings.
• Support site teams with estimating during delivery.
