Job summary

Inukapartners in London is seeking an Associate for Investment Banking (Energy & Infrastructure) to support M&A execution across energy and infrastructure sectors, with exposure to emerging markets and energy transition opportunities.

You will build financial models, prepare pitchbooks and information memoranda, assist due diligence, and coordinate workstreams across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure finance, or related advisory roles.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Experience working on infrastructure or energy-related transactions preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Genuine interest in energy transition and emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A transactions across energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare client materials including pitchbooks, information memoranda, and investment presentations.
• Assist with due diligence, market research, and transaction analysis.
• Coordinate workstreams across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support senior bankers in client engagement and transaction delivery.
• Contribute to origination activities through sector analysis and market intelligence.
