Utilita Energy is recruiting a Field Sales Advisor in London to help customers switch to smarter energy and save money on bills. You will engage people directly, explain our energy-saving approach, and build trust on the doorstep.

We offer a basic salary of £27,976 plus uncapped commission, with top performers earning over £1,200 per week in commission. We welcome flexible patterns and value a proactive, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Confident communication skills for approaching customers and handling objections.
• Excellent listening to understand customer needs and build trust.
• Resilience and self-motivation in fast-paced field sales environments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and create genuine connections with customers.
• Comfort using a tablet/handheld device to capture details and leads.

Responsibilities

• Take meter reads and refresh customer details accurately.
• Book smart meter installations to promote energy efficiency.
