Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel within a Natural Work Area (NWA).
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of individuals performing job/resource planning roles.
• Validate job proposals and compare requirements with available resources.
• Assess service delivery requirements for each job within the assigned NWA.
• Engage and use third-party services and equipment within the NWA.
• Provide service delivery solutions for customers using technical and/or operational expertise.
• Order equipment per customer specifications/job requirements.
• Communicate job details to service delivery and support staff.
• Create Sales Orders pursuant to contracts and pricing agreements for scheduled and call-out jobs.
• Communicate with customers and staff to resolve service delivery issues.
• Interface with field operations regarding service quality, safety and process improvement.
