Want to join a leading international, independent real estate consultancy with an altogether different approach?
Due to exponential growth and developing a new service line, we are currently looking for an Energy Engineer to join our Operational Engineering team and work hand in hand with our FM Consultancy engineers. You will be based in our newly fitted out London office opposite St Paul’s, to cover a variety of exciting engineering consultancy across a variety of building sectors.
We have just launched our updated Building Optimisation service to integrate with our bespoke client portal and we are seeking an experienced and driven Engineer to support the roll out to our clients. The role will include pitching the service to clients, delivering energy saving results and then maintaining the client relationships to cross-sell further work.
The goal of our building optimisation projects is to improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and support clients in achieving sustainability targets. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and client-facing communication to deliver measurable improvements across sectors such as commercial, industrial, high-end residential and retail/leisure.

You can work on unique projects and alongside some of our most forward-thinking minds. If you’re not chartered through a professional body already, Hollis is CIBSE accredited and can offer extensive experience assisting engineers through their chartership and membership routes and will ensure you’re able to achieve your career aspirations.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of this exciting role and act as a key player to support the continued growth of this new service line. You can expect consistent support to advance your career and will be entrusted to help shape our junior engineers for the future.
