Job summary

Northern Gas and Power is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to join the Services team. You will review sales activity for regulatory and policy compliance, consolidate contracts with customers by phone and email, and maintain robust compliance controls that protect the business and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliance, QA, or audit-related role.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales compliance checks on customer contracts and verify regulatory adherence.
• Consolidate contractual agreements with customers via phone and email.
• Record and summarise compliance outcomes for audits and management reviews.
• Investigate irregularities and identify root causes with proper escalation.
• Maintain knowledge of contract criteria across multiple energy suppliers as terms evolve.
• Report risk factors and compliance performance to management.
