Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management.
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a variety of contracts.
• Ensure contracts comply with policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Serve as primary contact for contractual matters and resolve issues.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Support contract execution and project delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance, milestones, deliverables, and payment terms.
• Manage amendments, extensions, renewals, and terminations.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
• Provide guidance and training on contractual obligations and risk management.
• Support continuous improvement of contract management processes.
