Job summary

Publicis Sapient UK is seeking a Manager in Energy & Commodities Trading to lead client engagements, shape technology strategy and deliver ground‑breaking solutions across asset classes.

You will leverage deep CTRM knowledge, OpenLink Endur customization and a broad suite of integration technologies to design adaptive IT roadmaps, build trusted client relationships and guide workshops that accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with customization and support of OpenLink Endur products or similar packages.
• Technical expertise in AVS, Connex Frameworks, Java Framework and TIBCO integration.
• Familiar with E/CTRM architecture and data model.
• Product configuration expertise in exchange products (futures, options) and OTC like swaps.
• Strong understanding of one RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server/ Sybase).
• Good understanding of the full software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Key contributor to developing, marketing and executing a differentiated technology strategy capability at Publicis Sapient.
• Create strong technology strategy related offerings, proposals and develop new business.
• Develop adaptive IT strategies based on deep understanding of clients' business.
• Build trusted relationships with clients based on credibility and listening.
• Assess current state of technology organizations and produce strategic roadmaps.
• Set up and lead IT strategy projects according to a vision and value.
• Design and facilitate client workshops to accelerate current state understanding and build consensus.
