Job summary

Publicis Sapient, a digital transformation partner, seeks a Senior Manager for the Energy & Commodities Trading space. You will shape technology strategy, contribute to differentiated offerings, and lead IT initiatives across trading assets and related platforms.

The role emphasizes client engagement, roadmap development, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver valuable outcomes. Leverage deep CTRM knowledge, OpenLink Endur experience, and consulting leadership to drive transformational

Qualifications

• Experience with customization and support of OpenLink Endur and related packages.
• Technical expertise in AVS, Connex Frameworks, VB toolkit, JVS, OpenComponents, or similar.
• Familiar with CTRM architecture and data models.
• Product configuration expertise in Power, Gas, Oil, Coal, emissions in exchange products.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technology strategy capability development and market offerings.
• Create proposals and develop new business opportunities.
• Develop adaptive IT strategies aligned with clients’ business needs.
• Build trusted client relationships through credibility and listening.
• Produce strategic roadmaps for technology organizations and capabilities.
• Lead IT strategy projects with clear vision and launch points.
• Design and facilitate client workshops to align stakeholders.
