Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide ETRM product strategy for energy trading clients in the UK. You will collaborate with clients and engineering teams to shape roadmaps, deliver rapid value, and align business outcomes with customer needs.

You will partner with onshore and offshore teams, define success metrics, and mentor junior analysts, applying Lean and Agile practices to drive transformation in digital estates and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven success managing digital solutions in the ETRM space from ideation to launch.
• Knowledge of the energy & commodities industry and related processes.
• Experience with Endur ETRM package and related environments.
• Strong ability to prioritise and align stakeholders across onshore/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Articulate business goals and create value-led product roadmaps with clear KPIs.
• Develop hypotheses and validate with user testing to guide delivery.
• Translate strategy into prioritized user stories and features for long-term advantage.
• Establish objective product goals with measurable success criteria.
• Lead Lean/Agile initiatives to improve value delivery for clients.
