Job summary

S&P Global Energy is launching a Commercial and CX Graduate Associate program in London. The role starts with a 5-week onboarding in our London office, followed by a 3-month period within the EMEA Customer Success Team to build foundational knowledge of energy markets and data products.

The program includes rotations through customer success, sales, channel management and marketing, with on-the-job learning and milestones to certify progress while collaborating across global teams.

Qualifications

• BSc or BA degree, or equivalent.
• Fluent English; additional languages desirable (French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese).
• Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable presenting to large groups.
• Good PC skills with Microsoft Office; well versed in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand how to navigate and extract data from S&P Global Energy products.
• Liaise with content, commercial and technical teams to address client queries and maintain data quality.
• Provide face-to-face/virtual training to clients as certified on the product range.
• Conduct research on important issues at the forefront of energy and commodity markets and present findings.
• Support sales teams with research and proposals.
• Build account overviews and plans to support strategic sales.
• Design data-driven templates for clients.
• Create marketing materials for commercial culture initiatives and future cohorts.
• Get involved in special project initiatives where determined necessary by management.
