Job summary

S&P Global Energy is offering a Commercial and CX Graduate Associate program in London. The 5-week onboarding in our London office leads into a 3-month rotation with the EMEA Customer Success Team, building knowledge of energy markets and our data products.

As you progress, you will support sales, customer success and marketing functions, complete certifications, and present topics to senior management while learning to use S&P Global Energy-Platts, CERA, Horizons, Excel add-ins and CRM systems

Qualifications

• BSc or BA degree, or equivalent.
• Fluent English is required.
• Proficiency in additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese) is desirable.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to present to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand how to navigate and extract data from the S&P Global Energy product range.
• Liaise with content, commercial and technical teams to address client queries and ensure data quality.
• Proactively reach out to clients for training (face-to-face/virtual) as you progress.
• Conduct research on energy and commodity market issues and present findings to colleagues.
• Support sales teams with research and proposals.
• Build account overviews and plans to support strategic sales teams.
• Design data-driven models and templates for clients.
• Create marketing materials for commercial initiatives and future graduate cohorts.
