Job summary

The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux is seeking an Industry Codes Specialist within the Energy Networks and Systems team. You will lead the development and delivery of the organisation's policy programme on Industry Codes, ensuring proposals deliver value for money and positive change for consumers.

You will engage with Ofgem, NESO, Elexon and energy companies, shaping external engagement and contributing to expert roundtables, working groups and code panels to maximise
