Job summary

Talan Group is looking for a Change Analyst to join the team in Greater London. The role involves managing the change process within the GB energy market, engaging with stakeholders, and developing documentation for change proposals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the energy sector, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality outcomes for consumers. Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in the GB energy market in a relevant role.
• Understanding of the regulatory framework for the GB energy market.
• Experience developing solutions to complex operational and technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Energy Codes and their impacts.
• Provide advice and support to stakeholders in the change process.
• Identify the impacts of Change Proposals on code products and stakeholders.
• Analyse root causes and develop effective change solutions.
• Produce accurate Change Proposal Plans with timetables.
• Complete cost-benefit analysis and produce robust business cases.
• Develop strong working relationships with other Code Managers.
• Provide 2nd line support to resolve change management queries.
