What is our Energy Centre?

Our Aylesbury dairy is the first zero-carbon milk processing facility in the world. The Energy Centre supplies all utilities to the dairy, including steam, hot water, fresh air (AHU/HVAC), electricity, refrigeration, and wastewater treatment (including anaerobic digestion and CHPs).

How would you add value?

• Provide critical breakdown support and corrective maintenance across site equipment such as boilers, refrigeration, ETP, cooling towers, AHU/HVAC, and general services
• Carry out planned, preventative maintenance and servicing activities via the CMMS system
• Troubleshoot and diagnose breakdowns using structured problem-solving techniques and drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiencies
• Champion health and safety by adhering to standards, SOPs, and participating in risk assessments
• Support and contribute to projects across the site, actively participating in site development and performance improvements

• Previous work experience in sectors such as building services or facilities management

• Capacity of 1.03 billion litres annually, accounting for 75% of the UK's dairy industry
• 16 raw milk silos with a storage capacity of 4,800,000 litres
• Our largest and most automated net-zero carbon dairy, processing over 1 billion litres of milk annually; each filler runs at 17,000 bottles per hour
