What You ll Be Doing

At Equity Energies, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers, and you'll be at the heart of this commitment. Working closely with our internal teams Account Managers, Consultants and external partners like energy suppliers and customers, you'll ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of tasks

Your role will involve:

• Collaborating with various stakeholders to address and resolve energy-related queries.

• Documenting all issues and tasks to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Managing supply contract matters, including data gathering, compliance modelling, site additions, change of tenancies, bill validation, and budget forecasting.

• Supporting the Director and Account Manager during customer auctions and renewals.

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with energy suppliers and customer contacts to facilitate prompt issue resolution.

We're looking for someone proactive, with a knack for creative problem-solving, ensuring timely and effective solutions for our clients.

What We re Looking For

• A self-starter who s highly organised, with strong time management and clear communication skills

• Passionate about delivering great service and helping customers reduce both costs and carbon

• Confident juggling multiple client needs, with the ability to prioritise when it counts

• Resilient and hard-working, with the drive to get things done and deliver results

• Comfortable working to deadlines and energised by a delivery-focused environment

• Commercially aware or keen to develop those skills to support wider team goals

• Detail-oriented with a natural problem-solving mindset

• Proficient in Excel and comfortable with everyday IT systems

• Confident building relationships over TEAMS and by phone

• A real team player who enjoys collaborating with others

• Fluent in written and spoken English
