Job summary

Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Primary School in Birmingham is seeking a permanent Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support work/care/school programmes and assist a teacher in managing pupils and classroom.

The role is 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks (TTO + Training Days), with a pro rata salary of £19,726.26 to £20,491.09 per annum depending on hours and term-time adjustments. Applications encouraged from Catholics and non-Catholics; visits welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to support teaching staff in the development and education of pupils.
• Provide care and support programmes to enable access to learning.
• Assist in classroom management and pupil progression.
