Job summary

GLL is seeking Fitness Class Instructors to deliver engaging, high-energy sessions at South Reading Leisure Centre. You will lead a range of genres, keep classes safe, and inspire participants with dynamic energy while maintaining excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates hold Fitness class qualifications (Exercise to Music Level 2 and PT Level 2) and demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Specific fitness class qualifications and/or Exercise to Music Level 2 and PT Level 2 qualification.
• Strong communication skills and a real focus on customer service.
• Commitment and enthusiasm with knowledge of health and safety.

Responsibilities

• The ability to deliver a safe and effective class.
• Consistently perform a fun, enthusiastic, high quality class.
• Adapt, progress and regress where required for all ages and levels.
• Inspire all customers through class delivery and energy transfer.
• Ensure all customer expectations are exceeded.
