Places for People is seeking a Group Workout Instructor for Places Leisure to lead group sessions with enthusiasm, motivate participants, and ensure a safe, engaging environment. The role requires delivering workouts to diverse groups and maintaining high energy and professional standards.

You will be supporting participants at all fitness levels, stay current with trends, and contribute to a positive community atmosphere within our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group workouts to large and small classes in a fast-paced environment, engaging a room full of participants.
• Build personable and meaningful relationships with customers.
• Demonstrate exceptional time management to run sessions smoothly.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and personal development.
• Work with customers of all abilities and support their fitness journey.
• Collaborate with the team to keep facilities clean and safe, following procedures.
