Job summary

GLL is seeking a Fitness Class Instructor to join our Parkside Pools and Gym team in Cambridge. You will deliver engaging freestyle and performance-driven classes, energising participants and helping them achieve their goals.

You’ll lead energetic sessions, adapt for all ages and abilities, and work as part of a friendly team to ensure every class is safe, fun and of high quality. A passion for health and community is essential.

Qualifications

• Exercise to Music Level 2 and/or Fitness Instructor Level 2.
• Strong communication skills.
• Real focus on customer service.
• Knowledge of health and safety.
• Be a great team player.
• Commitment and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe and effective fitness class.
• Consistently perform a fun, enthusiastic, high quality class.
• Adapt, progress and regress where required for all ages and levels.
