We are seeking an experienced Trading Business Analyst to join our team and support energy and commodities trading firms in optimizing the Endur trading platform. You will work closely with traders, risk managers, and IT teams to enhance the platform's efficiency and effectiveness in trading, risk management, and back-office operations.

In this role, you will be:

• Analyzing business requirements.
• Configuring Endur functionalities and identifying system improvements.
• Troubleshooting issues related to trading workflows.
• Ensuring data integrity and facilitating user training.
• Generating and presenting reports to key stakeholders.

We are looking for experience in the following areas:

Business Analysis / Project Delivery Experience

• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery and business analysis.
• Strong BA experience including capturing business problems, value drivers, and requirements.
• Experience running workshops and user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge of energy trading markets, especially UK & European Power, Gas, and Environmental products.

Experience with different trading instruments, including:

• OTC transactions – forwards, swaps, options.
• Exchange traded futures and options lifecycle management.
• Trade capture, deal modeling, and pricing.
• Market risk and valuation.
• Back-office and accounting processes.
• Proficiency with OpenLink Endur configurations and reference data.
• Endur configuration for trade lifecycle, confirmations, settlement, invoicing, and scheduling.

Additional requirements include:

• Experience managing complex projects/services.
• Knowledge of energy trading and risk management (ETRM), especially Endur (v18+).
• Understanding of energy/commodity trading business processes.
• Experience with technical integration of Endur with other ETRMs.
• Financial concepts including P&L, MTM, derivatives, settlements.
• Strong organizational skills and team management experience.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Education and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM fields (preferred but not essential).
