Job summary

Fitch Group in London is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to join our global infrastructure team. You will deliver advanced endpoint management, CSP policies, device provisioning, and enterprise application deployment across Windows environments in a hybrid, office-plus-remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in enterprise endpoint engineering or advanced support.
• Experience with Windows 11, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Intune.
• Experience with MECM and co-management services.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Familiar with PowerShell scripting and endpoints automation.
• Experience with AI/ML workloads and developer tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy Group Policy to CSP-based Intune and resolve conflicts.
• Design and maintain consolidated CSP policy structures across the fleet.
• Drive vendor firmware and driver lifecycle management to improve device stability.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, and conferencing reliability issues.
• Modernize Autopilot and provisioning workflows to reduce legacy dependencies.
• Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications using MECM/Intune.
• Define and support endpoint requirements for AI/ML workloads.
• Deliver advanced incident and problem resolution with focus on user experience.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support after-hours incidents.
