Job summary

A leading development organization is seeking a qualified professional to lead the growth of endowment-funded sites and support Biodiversity Net Gain initiatives. The role involves managing acquisitions and working closely with stakeholders to achieve the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate has a degree or relevant qualification, at least 4 years of experience in environmental project delivery, and strong communication skills. This is an on-site position in Warrington, offering a competitive salary between £75,000 and £85,000 plus a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years experience delivering environmental projects and/or land acquisition.
• Knowledge of SANG and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).
• Proven ability to build partnerships across public, private, and third sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of endowment-funded sites (primarily SANG).
• Support Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) initiatives.
• Explore new nature-based business opportunities nationwide.
• Manage acquisitions through legal completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure delivery of objectives.
