East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse-Endoscopy to support patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. You will prepare patients, assist the endoscopist, monitor safety, and provide post-procedural care and education in a dynamic multidisciplinary setting.

The role includes participating in the 24/7 on-call emergency service and coordinating session planning with the Endoscopy team to ensure efficient daily lists.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in endoscopy or procedural care preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures and assist the endoscopist.
• Monitor patient safety during procedures and provide post-procedural care and education.
• Participate in and manage the emergency on-call service 24/7; cover rota out of hours, bank holidays and weekends.
