Job summary

The LivingCare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse or HCPC registered ODP to join our Endoscopy and Outpatients team in Leeds. You will support clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care and ensure a safe, efficient environment.

Experience in endoscopy is preferred; you will contribute to decontamination, room setup, stock checks and cross-site collaboration, while upholding infection control standards and patient communication.

Qualifications

NMC registered nurse or HCPC registered ODP.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Basic IT skills and ability to work with online programmes such as SystmOne.
Evidence of Continued Professional Development.
To be educated to degree level (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of working within endoscopy unit.
Mentorship preparation (ENB998) or equivalent.
Access to own transport for cross-site working.

Responsibilities

Support registered staff in implementing an agreed plan of care per policies and guidelines.
Promote a patient-centred environment for patients, relatives and carers.
Assist with decontamination of endoscopy scopes and room setup.
Support auditing, stock checks and cross-site tasks.
Contribute to care plans and accurate reporting and communication.
