Job summary

Wight Healthcare is seeking an Endoscopy Nurse to join our patient-centered team. You will support admissions, procedures and recovery for Gastroscopy, Colonoscopy and related investigations, ensuring safe, compassionate care at every stage of the patient pathway.

Based in Pennington, this role offers regular hours (Mon-Fri, 08:00–18:00) with full training provided. Previous endoscopy exposure is welcome but not essential as we invest in your ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Endoscopy experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in admission, care, recovery and discharge of endoscopy patients, including conscious sedation.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care.
• Support patients and families throughout the diagnostic pathway.
