Job summary

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a dedicated nurse to join the Endoscopy Unit at Ysbyty Gwynedd, POAC Endoscopy. The role is full-time and suitable for Band 5, Student Nurse, or returning professionals who want to contribute to high-quality endoscopy care.

You will work within a varied team, provide pre-assessment support, and help deliver safe, patient-centred services across diagnostic, therapeutic and surveillance endoscopy procedures. Welsh or English speakers welcome.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse
• Registered Operating Department Practitioner
• Substantial experience in gastroenterology settings
• Evidence of contributing to practice development
• Diploma or Degree level preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, patient-focused care in Endoscopy
• Pre-assess patients prior to endoscopy procedures
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team across sites
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
