An opportunity for Healthcare Assistants to join a leading healthcare company. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, generally worked over 4 days between Monday and Friday, with shifts typically between 7:30am and 5:30pm. However, weekend work may occasionally be required based on clinical activity and service needs. As a Healthcare Assistant at CHEC, you will play an important part in supporting our clinical teams to deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care across endoscopy and a range of specialities.Your day-to-day duties may include:Undertaking decontamination processes and ensuring equipment is cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.Supporting patients throughout their care journey, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and well-informedAssisting with clinical assessments and preparing patients for proceduresSupporting the clinical team during diagnostic tests, minor procedures, and surgeries across multiple specialitiesPreparing clinical areas, maintaining equipment, and ensuring all rooms are set up for proceduresAssisting with admission, recovery, and discharge processesAssisting with stock control and general administrative duties to support smooth clinic operationsMaintaining accurate patient records and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
